Ideally, the full Challenge Course works best in about 60’ x 80’ of relatively flat space. For smaller birthday party packages, we typically need around 40’ x 60’.
Because our obstacles are modular, we can often adapt the layout to fit smaller or narrower spaces when needed. If you’re unsure, you can send us photos of your space or schedule a quick call or FaceTime — we’re always happy to help you determine the best fit.
Absolutely! Many of our clients host the Challenge Course indoors, and we’ve successfully operated in gyms, recreation centers, churches and temples, ballrooms, conference rooms, and classrooms.
A few things we look for:
• Ground-level spaces are ideal
• A few steps are fine
• A full flight of stairs or multiple levels requires an elevator large enough to transport our equipment
• We also need clear access from the loading area to the activity space, as some pieces may not be able to make tight turns in hallways
If you’re unsure whether your space will work, don’t worry — we’re happy to review photos, talk through details, or hop on a quick call to make sure everything is a great fit.
We have a very flexible inclement weather policy and work closely with you to make the best decision for your event.
Our Course Masters are happy to run your activity in light rain or snow, and we’ve successfully hosted many events throughout the winter — even with snow on the ground. Participants simply bundle up as they would for any other winter activity, and they often have a blast.
That said, we understand that weather conditions aren’t always ideal for every group or setting. We’ll stay in close communication and make a final call together — up to the night before your event.
If weather becomes a concern, you have a few simple options:
• Move indoors, if an indoor space is available
• Reschedule, based on our availability
• Cancel with no penalty
Our goal is to make planning stress-free while ensuring the safest and best possible experience for your participants.

Our inclusive Challenge Course accommodates ages 2 through adult — and yes, we use the same core obstacles for all ages.
From preschool enrichment and elementary school events to high school programs, college activities, and corporate team-building, we’re experienced with Course Crushers of every age and ability.
While the obstacles remain consistent, how participants take them on is adapted:
• Mini ninjas may receive a helping hand or extra encouragement
• Older children may use fewer supports
• Teens and adults often tackle the same obstacles independently
Our trained Course Masters are always on hand to demonstrate obstacles, offer assistance when needed, and cheer everyone on — ensuring a safe, inclusive, and confidence-building experience for everyone.
Please note: the Monkey Bars obstacle is typically recommended for Course Crushers ages 5 and up.
We handle setup, breakdown, supervision, and all course equipment. You simply provide the space and participants — we take care of the rest.
We’re a fully mobile business — we travel to you.

If your event is a bit farther out, don’t hesitate to reach out. If our schedule allows, we’re happy to discuss travel to additional locations.
Yes. All participants — or parents/guardians of minor participants — are required to sign our waiver, which includes a Participant Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement.
Once your Event Agreement is signed, we’ll email you a secure electronic link to the waiver that you can easily share with your guests or participants. Waivers are collected through REMARK Waiver Sign for a smooth, paperless process.
Prefer hard copies? Printed waivers can also be provided if needed.
