Ideally, the full Challenge Course works best in about 60' × 80' of relatively flat space. Smaller course configurations can often be set up in areas around 40' × 60'.
Because our obstacles are modular, we can frequently adapt the layout to fit smaller or uniquely shaped spaces when needed, indoors or outdoors.
If you’re unsure whether your location will work, feel free to send photos of the space or schedule a quick call — we’re always happy to help determine the best setup.
Yes, the Challenge Course can be setup indoors, and we’ve successfully operated in school gyms, recreation centers, corporate event spaces, ballrooms, conference venues, and convention halls.
A few things we typically look for:
• Ground-level spaces are ideal
• A few steps are usually manageable
• Multiple levels may require an elevator large enough to transport equipment
• Clear access from the loading area to the activity space is important, as some obstacles may not navigate tight hallways or tight turns
If you're unsure whether your space will work, feel free to share photos or schedule a quick call — we’re happy to review the layout and help determine the best setup.
We maintain a flexible inclement weather policy and work closely with you to determine the best option for your event.
Our Course Masters are often able to operate in light rain or snow, and we’ve successfully hosted many events in winter conditions. Participants simply dress appropriately for the weather and continue the experience.
If conditions become a concern, we stay in close communication and make a final decision as late as the evening before the event when possible.
If weather impacts your plans, you typically have several options:
• Move indoors, if an appropriate indoor space is available
• Reschedule, based on availability
• Cancel without penalty
Our goal is to keep planning simple while ensuring the safest and most enjoyable experience for your participants.

Our inclusive Challenge Course accommodates ages 2 through adult — and yes, we use the same core obstacles for all ages.
From preschool enrichment and elementary school field days to high school programs, university activities, and corporate team building events, we regularly host participants of many different ages and ability levels.
While the obstacles remain consistent, how participants approach them can vary:
• Younger participants may receive additional guidance or encouragement
• Older children may complete obstacles with fewer supports
• Teens and adults often tackle the same obstacles independently
Our trained Course Masters demonstrate obstacles, offer assistance when needed, and encourage participants throughout the experience — ensuring a safe, inclusive, and confidence-building environment for everyone.
Please note: the Monkey Bars obstacle is typically recommended for participants ages 5 and up.
We handle setup, breakdown, course equipment, and on-site supervision with our trained Course Masters.
You simply provide the space and participants — we take care of the rest.
We’re a fully mobile business — we travel to you.
Our headquarters are based in Port Murray, NJ, and we regularly serve locations throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
If your event is a bit farther out, don’t hesitate to reach out. If our schedule allows, we’re happy to discuss travel to additional locations.
