Explore the Signature Obstacles That Make Up Our Challenge Course

Our Challenge Course is custom built from real obstacles inspired by military and ninja-style training — designed to be engaging, challenging, and inclusive for all ages and abilities.

Rather than inflatables or unstructured play, our obstacles are thoughtfully arranged into a guided sequence that emphasizes movement, confidence, and teamwork. With the support of our trained Course Masters, participants overcome each challenge as part of a focused, high-energy experience from start to finish.

The same obstacles are used for children and adults, with simple modifications to accommodate different ages, skill, and individual confidence levels. Whether a participant needs a boost, an alternate approach, or an added challenge, every obstacle can be adjusted so everyone can Crush the Course.

OUR OBSTACLES

ROCK WALL

Climb up and over the rock wall using securely placed handholds on both sides. This obstacle builds upper-body strength, leg power, and coordination. Participants choose their path as they climb and descend with control, encouraging focus and problem-solving along the way. The rock wall engages multiple muscle groups at once, supporting balance, body awareness, and confident movement.

TEETER PLANK

Walk up and over the teeter plank from end to end, similar to a wide seesaw that shifts with movement. Participants adjust their balance as they cross. This obstacle builds core strength, balance, and control. For younger participants, the teeter plank can be set level to function as a wide balance beam. This allows everyone to experience the obstacle while developing stability, coordination, and confident movement.

HAZARD WALLS

Climb up and over your choice of hazard wall using a combination of strength and technique. This obstacle builds total-body strength, coordination, and spatial awareness. Participants can tackle short or tall wall and focus on a controlled climb and descent. With opportunities to try different options, the hazard walls encourage problem-solving, confident movement, and full-body engagement.

monkey bars

Move hand-over-hand across the monkey bars using grip strength and momentum. The bars are height-adjustable to accommodate different ages and heights. This obstacle builds upper-body strength and coordination. Monkey bars challenge timing, rhythm, and endurance while engaging arms, shoulders, and core muscles. Adjustable height allows participants to move through the obstacle comfortably while maintaining proper form.

cargo net

Crawl beneath the cargo net while staying low and moving forward. Participants navigate the space using coordinated, controlled movement. This obstacle strengthens core muscles and full-body coordination. The cargo net promotes body awareness and controlled motion in a confined space. It encourages steady pacing while engaging arms, legs, and core simultaneously.

floating steps

Step across a series of raised platforms known as floating steps. Participants focus on foot placement as they move forward. This obstacle builds balance, coordination, and lower-body strength. Floating steps require steady movement and controlled pacing. While the platforms remain fixed, the challenge comes from maintaining balance and rhythm as participants move from step to step.

agility poles

Weave through agility poles using quick footwork and directional changes. This obstacle improves agility, speed, and coordination. Participants move at their own pace while focusing on control and precise foot placement. Agility poles support lower-body strength and help develop efficient movement, acceleration, and deceleration.

tire run

Step through a sequence of tires placed flat on the ground. This obstacle builds lower-body strength, coordination, and balance. Participants focus on steady foot placement and rhythm as they move forward. The tire run supports controlled movement and consistent pacing.

noodle tower

Navigate through hanging obstacles arranged in a vertical pathway. This obstacle builds coordination and spatial awareness. Participants move forward with controlled, deliberate motion as they pass through the tower. The noodle tower supports balance, body awareness, and focused movement.
